At Urban Baba, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product quality standards. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully.
1. Return Window
We offer hassle-free returns within 5 days of delivery, subject to applicable conditions based on product type, customization, and promotional offers.
2. Refund Method
For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos for verification.
4. Promotional & Offer Items
Products purchased during special promotional campaigns, including offers such as Buy One Get One (BOGO) or free product deals, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
5. Reverse Pickup Charges
Urban Baba reserves the right to charge a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 in cases of excessive or repeated returns. This amount may be deducted from the refundable amount.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products returned without original packaging
7. Approval Requirement
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Urban Baba before processing.
